Switching
Move your bookings to BoothZen
Import your bookings and customers from the system you use now, keep your calendar feeds, and run both until the old events are done. If you are switching, your trial runs 30 days.

How it works
How switching works
- 1
Export from where you are
Check Cherry, HoneyBook, BoothBook and Dubsado all export bookings and contacts as CSV. We link to each one's export page.
- 2
Import in an afternoon
Upload the CSV, match the columns once, preview, import. Customers, bookings, deposits paid and balances due come across; contracts attach as PDFs.
- 3
Switch the booking link
Point your website's book-now button at your new page, or embed the widget. Old links keep working through a redirect you control.

Two of the platforms above take a percentage of what your client pays. What "no booking fees" means here, worked through on a £450 booking.
Questions about switching
How long does the trial run if I am switching?
30 days instead of 14, on Pro, so the import and the first real bookings happen before you pay anything.
What comes across in an import?
Customers, bookings with dates, packages and prices, deposits paid and balances due, and notes. Contracts already signed attach as PDF. Automations and email templates are set up fresh, from our defaults.
Can I run both for a while?
Yes. You can take new bookings in BoothZen and let the old system finish the events already on it.
Do my clients need to do anything?
No. Their portal links and reminders come from BoothZen from the moment their booking is imported.
