Terms of service
Last updated 2026-09-18.
The entity you are contracting with
These terms are between you (the operator) and BoothZen (a trading name; company registration is in progress) of Blackpool, United Kingdom (“BoothZen”, “we”). By creating a workspace you agree to them.
Plans and billing
Every paid plan is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; if you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, not immediately. After your 14-day trial ends without a card on file, your workspace moves to the Free plan rather than being suspended.
Card disputes and reactivation
If a card payment is disputed and the dispute is found against us, we may suspend the plan the payment was for. Reactivating a workspace after a lost dispute carries a £15 reactivation fee, which covers the card network's dispute charge.
Acceptable use
You may not use BoothZen to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to store or process data you do not have the right to hold. We can suspend a workspace that breaches this.
Availability
We work to keep BoothZen available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Current and historical uptime is published at /status.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
